Intellectual Property Transfer Committee

The Intellectual Property Committee is the decision-making body that meets on a monthly basis to review all new invention disclosures and evaluate them in with respect to the following: development status; intellectual property status; market potential; market maturity; and competing technologies.聽

The Intellectual Property Committee regular scheduled meeting date is the last Wednesday of each month except November and December. All applications must be submitted a minimum of 10 working days before聽the committee's regular scheduled meeting. Any invention disclosure form submitted after that deadline is generally reviewed in next month's Intellectual meeting.聽 Disclosures received by 4:30聽p.m. on the dealine date will be considered for discussion at Intellectual Property Committee meeting that month. Otherwise, it will be reviewed the next month.聽聽聽
