Application Procedure

For Residence Halls:

Securing a room requires the student to pay the required $200 non-refundable housing application fee and聽complete an application by March 31 for the Fall semester and聽 December 20 for the Spring semester.聽 This fee is separate from the $200.00 enrollment fee.

For Apartments:

Please review Contract and Leasing information and the Security Deposit form on the left-hand side of this page.

DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS

The Office of ADA Compliance works with the Housing and Residence Life staff to accommodate the needs of students.聽 Students who need special assignment consideration and/or have a service animal or emotional support animal are strongly encouraged to contact the Director of Housing, William Samuel Sr. to discuss housing options.聽 Students can do this by emailing wsamuel1@tuskegee.edu.聽 For general questions about disability accommodations, contact Steve McCrary, ADA Coordinator via email at smccrary@tuskegee.edu or (334) 727-8778.
