糖心Vlog破解版 has made a number of safety and security changes in the last several months. As progress continues, additional enhancements are being introduced for students, faculty and staff, including a new emergency notification system designed to keep you informed and protected at all times.
On April 7, the campus will launch RAVE, a safety platform that was first mentioned in November to provide instant notifications via text, email and voicemail in the event of emergencies, severe weather, campus closures and other urgent updates. To receive RAVE alerts, you must have updated contact information in Tigerweb.
The campus police department will use a variety of ways to notify you in an emergency:
Tuskegee will also introduce a new RAVE app called TU Secure, which will be available to download on any smartphone. TU Secure connects you with campus police during emergencies, allows friends to track your location, provides campus maps and other features.
鈥淎s we continue to make progress on these safety enhancements, I will continue to listen to the feedback and concerns of students, faculty and staff,鈥 said Dr. Mark A. Brown. 鈥淲e will update parents and alumni on our progress later this week.鈥
In addition to the visible enhancements and the RAVE components, the university has identified building managers for every building on campus who will serve as a liaison during an emergency. Building managers will know who is assigned to their building and how to contact them in an emergency.
鈥淥ur goal is to make sure there are multiple forms of communication during an emergency,鈥 said Dr. Brown. 鈥淵ou can also expect us to periodically test these systems to ensure that they are operating properly.鈥
If you have not updated your contact information in Tigerweb, please use the QR code below to do that now. Your safety is and will remain a top priority. #theTuskegeeWay!
