The TUCVM Small Animal Teaching Hospital has the capability to perform and offer a very wide span of soft tissue procedures at a tertiary tier of care that may be requested for both local and referred patients at very competitive pricing. These include head and neck surgeries, thoracic procedures, abdominal procedures and special emergency procedures as needed. Currently, however, minimally invasive/endoscopy-assisted surgeries are not performed. Special electro surgical equipment is available to assist the surgeon as needed along with specialized equipment for anesthesia. Our service works hand-in-hand with the other specialists within the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital, including radiologists, criticalists, dermatology and internal medicine.
